Grow-Shine Financial was founded in 2020 by Ravi & Viswa Paladugu — an Indian family who came to the US, built a life here, and learned the financial system one hard question at a time.
We started it because we kept seeing the same thing: hardworking Indian families — successful, doing everything right — left underinsured, over-sold, and without a real plan. Too often the "advice" came from people who didn't understand H1Bs, green cards, kids' college, or the quiet "what if we move back to India?" question every immigrant family carries.
We've also seen too many GoFundMe pages started after a loss — simply because the family had no life insurance in place. That's the gap we exist to close.
So we built the firm we wished we'd had: one that explains everything in plain English, never pushes a product, and treats your family's money like our own. Today we've guided 300+ families across the US with that same promise.
