Who we are

Grow-Shine Financial Group is a life insurance and annuity practice based in Princeton Junction, New Jersey, working with families across the United States.

We are built around people, not resumes. Our advisors came from engineering, IT, healthcare, accounting, teaching and raising children full-time. Almost none of them had a finance background when they started, and most began part-time, alongside the work they were already doing.

Our own families came to this country and learned the money side the hard way — by getting it wrong first. Nobody sat us down and explained how any of it worked. That is the gap we train people to fill: taking what is normally spoken in the language of Wall Street and explaining it at a kitchen table, in plain words, to the people who need it most.

We do it properly, we do it with pride, and we measure it one family at a time.

Do I need experience or a finance degree?

No. Most of our advisors came from completely different fields — IT, engineering, healthcare, retail, homemaking. We train you from scratch and mentor you the whole way. Being coachable and motivated matters far more than your background.

Do I need a license?

Yes — to sell life insurance and annuities you need a state life & health insurance license. It's an approachable exam, and we guide you through the study materials, scheduling, and onboarding so you're never figuring it out alone.

Is this a job or my own business?

Grow-Shine advisors are independent contractors (1099) who build their own financial-services business with our training, mentorship, and support — not salaried employees. You're in control of your hours and your growth.

Can I start part-time while keeping my job?

Absolutely — many people start exactly that way, on evenings and weekends, and transition to full-time once their business is established. You set the pace.

How do I get paid?

Earnings are commission- and performance-based, with no income ceiling. Because results depend on your own effort and activity, no specific income is promised or guaranteed. We'll walk you through exactly how it works on your career call.

Who can apply?

Anyone authorized to work in the US who is motivated, coachable, and wants to help families. We especially love welcoming professionals from immigrant communities — but everyone is welcome to apply.
